I have on site interviews set up with Google, Facebook and Amazon. The projected offer numbers shared by the recruiters would be a lateral move for me and are not enough to make me move companies. I haven’t shared my level or compensation. What should I do to increase my odds of getting a level bump? Should I let them know it’s below my salary expectations, or should I interview and see what happens?
If u dont need to leave Microsoft badly u can negotiate like crazy. As you have more negotiation power.
