Should I quit my job
I know how to do my job but I feel mentally wiped out and cannot put in my 100%. I keep zoning out and try to drag my attention back to what is happening around me. I have momentum. I have leetcoded enough to be called onsite for FAANG interviews. One did not make an offer. I am waiting for the other. Should I just quit and focus on my job search? YOE 10 yrs. TC 220k. H1B visa with approved I140
Also, there are other companies around, it’s not just FAANG.

Yes. I would be worried if my resume, sales pitch and leetcode game were not on point. I feel fairly confident I will land myself something

Don't quit until you have one or more job offers that you'd be happy to accept. You are in a stronger negotiating position with potential new employers if you are currently employed.

Are you confident that you can get multiple offers within a timeframe that allows you to play them off each other? Offers that you _can_ play off each other? If so.... go for it.

Then you just gotta grind it out. Life is a marathon. Every job isn’t a walk in the park. Sometimes everything happens for a reason. Gotta have patience and maybe take a step back before moving forward. Maybe consider working as an contractor in another country if you’re tired of being tied down to jobs with work visa.
