No free food at snap Seattle.
There is free food and there is good work/life balance. The leadership and general company vision/direction is terrible, though. So if you can work with people you like and are learning and having fun, cool, go for it. But I don't expect the company to exist in 6 years
TC is top tier, too, but don't rely on RSUs being worth much. Also don't believe anything the recruiters tell you that isn't written into your offer. I was told there would be cash bonuses and education compensation "coming soon". 2+ years later and that's never going to happen
Thx. Zuzialkn Sounds good. I don't know what company will exist in 6 years, so that's fine.

For real? Do you or someone you know work there? A hail Mary death march or some other reason for this?
Maybe in LA office. This is not true of the Seattle office
