SoFi?

What does Blind think about working at SoFi on the software side? Company is growing massively but I also sense some serious growing pains.

As a designer I'm interested, but I'm plenty happy at Amazon right now. Looks like an interesting company with a lot of upside. Growing pains are pretty typical for a rapidly growing organization, so I'd learn as much about leadership in operations and HR.

it seems like a great gig so far. Yes, the company is growing rapidly, but right now is a good time to make a change for better on the engineering side. They are mostly hiring Sr level or above so it's a great place to learn from others and/or share/spread the knowledge (it's just some engineers are more open than others).

Cool. Do you feel like you're in a position where you can influence change?

Yes, for sure. I have almost daily conversations with my manager about the changes that need to be made and how we are going to get there and make sure to keep the majority happy. (or at least try to)
