How much should a Social Media Manager salary be in Boston?

My Midwest city is a smaller market. My first gig as a social media manager was $67 with 3 percent bonuses. Second gig was $87 and no bonuses. Third gig $95k with bonuses so now into the 6 figures. So as you can see there is a $40k window! I'm sure Boston isn't much different in that regard. Much about experience and what you can push for. Always ask for more

I hired an employee right out of college (in may) she gets $37k plus $2k bonus. So yes you are underpaid. I suggest looking online to see what those with the same experience (years/skills and not title) to see what you should truly be making. Titles tend to be bullshit to be honest.
