Happy Friday everyone!
I've got an offer from Splunk that I'm considering.
TC is fine, but I'm more concerned about the people I work with. I'll be doing a lot of work with Dawn Manley, but I've heard some mixed opinions about her.
Can anyone comment on her work style and reputation within Splunk?

I joined this company specifically because I already knew some of the people I'd be under and interacting with and liked their style. The OP is just trying to get a feel for the same. I wouldn't want to work somewhere that I didn't get along with my management (been there, done that, hated every minute of it) and I would hope the company would *want* to hire someone that cares about having a good work relationship with their management.
Now the people giving their honest opinion about someone they potentially work for... That could be risky... As they could be found out, potentially... And who knows from there... But the outsider is just asking an innocent question.
Anything specific you like to know?
Btw what's the TC offered?
Specific things
What's her reputation? Reasonable or?
Is she an influencer or solider?
Do other people like her?
Don't know exactly about her reputation, but the sentiment was not that great and the fact that her name comes up among ppl negatively is not a good sign.
Certainly a soldier who tries to act as an influencer as if she's bringing fresh ideas but as soon as she senses executives are not too keen on particular areas she switches gears on the fly to tailor things accordingly.
I would be very careful as she has strategized her position well already so to combat that one may be at disadvantage. Should be extra careful if you have something solid going already. Don't necessarily have to put yourself in jeopardy.
Best is to not be in a role that involves interaction with her.
Hope that helps.
1. I'm not working for Dawn, but with her, and my TC was approx, since I don't want to me found out, even though I'm asking normal questions.
2. Back to my original questions, since I have more Splunk people here. Any help would be appreciated!
