Square Senior SWE
Hello, I'm expecting an offer from Square soon, the recruiter tells me that 180 is the top of the salary range. That's a big step down for me, and surprising since Square is much larger and more successful than my current company. What's the actual range there like?
How much stock are they offering? They probably don’t pay as much base as CK does but maybe you can get more stock

Not very, two leetcode style problems, systems design, leadership panel and manger interviewers

I'm not sure about senior but I got an offer for SDE II at Square and my TC there would've been about 210k with 140 base and 240-250k stock over 4 years (don't remember exactly sorry)
How difficult was the interview?
It was not bad. But the interview process is very different from all the other ones I've ever done. No white boarding, mostly pair programming and then system design and then a Q&A session.
