This new equity target stuff is bullshit. I got a number lower than what I’m getting too. That is super troubling someone else is getting 250k target and you got 140k as Staff. That is only slightly higher than a Senior offer. Did you recently hit Staff? Twitter why don’t you want to retain your engineers?
500K paper money/year is standard for staff. People who joined about 3 years ago with 1M initial grant doubled their value aftet the last round a while back, which translates to 500K/year. But it's paper money, could be worth 300K or who knows maybe 700K.
