Suggestions for preparations to switch companies?

Currently working at Microsoft doing web dev. I'm a new hire just joined two months ago. Thinking about changing companies after 1-2 years. I'd like to learn more about tech and tools that other companies use, so I'd be better prepared then. Also going to leedcode along the way. What do you recommend I should learn to be better prepared? Guess it's different for different teams? I need serious advice! Thanks a lot.

My target companies are Airbnb, Google, Facebook and LinkedIn. Thank you very much.

How shitty is the product you’re working on? Windows? Office? Dynamics?

That’s Microsoft for you. Kick back and enjoy the ride. Your career and comp won’t be going anywhere soon but you can probably work 20 hours a week and get a top rating. Spend the rest of your time on leetcode.

Thanks for the advice. Also I don't get why I have so many meetings as an engineer. It's exhausting. Guess I'll just leedcode at home then. I guess no one does that at work ?
