Tired of the work hours and inhuman behavior at Amazon. Looking for a company which respects its employees and have a better wlb. Is t-mobile worth joining in that respect or is it a step down?
Those magenta lights in factorial can give you severe headaches though.
Seek a doctor.
Wait till the lay offs done after sprint meager
What org at AMZN?
Seriously you want to leave Amazon and work for who? TMO? I have worked for TMO. After working for AMZN, you will feel like working for a antiquated company.
Hmmm well depends. I have been in Amazon for a long time and I have been hating it recently. So much politics and bad managers. Such inhuman treatment and discrimination. It is losing my respect and has changed completely from the company I loved to work for passionately. I am tired of all this shit and looking for a company that has good work and cares about their people. I felt like t mobile does when I went for onsite. Everyone who interviewed me has been there for 9-10years at the minimum. It gave me hope thus wanted to know.
You should try to transfer into a new org or team. Amazon is a huge company with one of the best systems for high performing employees to transfer
T mobile doesnt have bananas.

If you are looking for change to a new team at AMZN, PM me.
I love working at T-Mobile. Good WLB, good people, nice culture and treatment even during heavy load periods. Lots of new communications tech and lots of fundamental automation kicking off all over the company. We have made so many new customers (10s of millions) that we are all working aggressively to scale our solution to match these adds over the years. We have so many untapped sectors and an amazing strategy that we have tons of growth and expansion yet to experience apart from launching a national TV service and any potential integration activities that will come if the merger is approved with Sprint. Good culture, good WLB, lots of growth, latest communications tech which is pushing adoption of more cutting edge automation processes to deal with it all.
I like working for T-Mobile. Work life balance is generally good and there are smart people. The culture is hard to beat. If you get into a good role it’s a great place to learn and try new things.
