TC levels across geographies for the same role
I have an offer from Amazon L6 PMT for $250k in the US (Seattle). If I had to look at the equivalent comp levels for the same level in different cities like Vancouver, Dublin, Bangalore or Sydney, what would they be?
There's a comment on another thread that indicates that for Vancouver you multiply the Seattle USD TC by 0.7 to get the CAD TC ... so $250K in Seattle will be CAD175K in Vancouver ... π

Amazon base is capped at $160K in Seattle AFAIK.

I wonder what would be in Arlington (or Herndon), Virginia? Should be theoretically as high. Does anybody know?
