Hi,
My background is in electrical engineering and my I am a canadian citizen with exp in analytics and data sci.
My question is would I be facing any challenges in obtaining my TN as I aiming for Sr analyst roles in analytics?
Thank you
I’m guessing you’ll be entering as a “Computer Systems Analyst”? Historically, an EE degree has been good enough for that. Don’t forget to bring your actual diploma, etc etc.

Thank you for the input! I was reading that the job title needs to match the degree but I am not sure if that is a hard requirment..
TN doesn’t use “normal” job titles. Instead, it has a list of professions that qualify for this status with CSA being a catch-all for just about anything involving teaching computers to do things, and because it’s such a wide category, the list of acceptable degrees is also relatively wide. It’s on your employer’s lawyers to draft the letter correctly, of course.
