TPMs and PMs how to remain technical?

After a long stint as a tech lead and coder I took up a position as a TPM. However my fear is that I'll become a totally "high level" guy who can draw boxes and arrows. How do you remain up-to-date and technical? In most companies the work pressure is very high and they don't have time or funds to send people to conferences etc. I do intend to leetcode once in a while just to keep my brain from getting rusted.
