What is TC for a technical program manager @ Tableau? Also what is the interview process like? Mostly behavioral? Any insight would be great!

We haven't had technical program managers for a couple of years now, so I can only guess. My hunch is that it'll be 1/3 behavioral and 2/3 programming problems.
