Tableau Comp
I'm waiting for an offer letter from Tableau, I'm interested to know if sign on bonuses are typical in their offers or is it something I'll need to negotiate. Anyone have insights?

AFAIK Tableau does not does not do signing bonuses but equity grants are fairly substantial for higher level positions and vest quarterly after one year.
