Tableau offer - Senior SWE

I'm waiting to hear back from my recruiter about actual offer details. What can I consider to be a good offer (base/RSUs/sign-on)? FWIW, she said she received amazing feedback from everyone on the interview loop. YOE:10

A friend of mine with 3 yoe after phd got 400k RSU/4 yrs for Senior, Tableau gave him this number to match Apple’s offer. Just offering a data point
