Target level for Oracle interview
I have been working in MS Azure for more than 5 years. Currently, I’m going to have interview with OCI, which level should I ask for? IC3 or IC4? Many people with 2 years of experience in MS can get IC3 in Oracle, so is it reasonable for me to ask for IC4(Principle MTS)? Meanwhile, how should i tell them i’m targeting on level IC4? HR or interviwer?
Do up levels ever happen anywhere ?
Levels are very much inflated at Oracle. But I heard that OCI pays very well.

IC3 but you will get good TC around 300k
Doesn’t matter. We already have a target level for you based on your resume. If you do good, you get that level. Sometimes down level one below. Happens a lot. Never saw an up level.
