In the Netherlands, you have 30% ruling, where 30% of your salary is exempt from taxes. In addition, you don't pay capital tax on assets nor need to declare foreign assets. I'm wondering what tax benefits does other countries provide to attract talent (employees not companies)

Switzerland: tax-free capital gains and generally low income taxes, among the lowest in Europe (but at FAANG salaries they are getting high too, approaching US level of taxation in low tax states like WA). Nice country to live in, too
