Always saw some other person posting this, and never thought that I would one day be on the keyboard typing this. Got an offer from FB with 220 base, 800 stocks and 20 signon. Yoe 10, and level E6. With the yearly bonuses it goes somewhere close to 500k a year, doubling my current TC. You guys opened my eyes and the least I can do is to thank you all.

Congrats! How was the interview like?
Each coding interview was 2 questions. Have to finish the first one as quickly as possible to leave room for the harder one. They were all leetcode, but I haven't seen some of them before until the interview. System design was from grokking and it wasn't easy. I had behavioral questions around leading and project management too.
