With the complete and total replacement of every single top level leader in a one year span... What do you think? Personally I am not a Brad fan. I don't dislike him. I just can't identity with any aspect of him. It's like he was manufactured in a southern eagle scout factory. Sasan to me doesn't seem sincere. I like tayloe. Dan seemed real. There seems to big a big culture of putting senior execs on a pedestal. And us lowly peons shouldn't speak to our make eye contact with them. What do you think the future holds.
Maybe it’s too much time spent on funding lobbyists and not enough on inclusion or culture
Or more time on building software?
Sinking ship
I used to work there middle management was terrible. My manager had way too much power for someone with the lowest AES scores in the company. She even fired one of the top performers on our team to prove a point to the rest of the team. I left shortly after best decision I've ever made. I do miss the generous 401k though.
Sasan may do some good and steer it in the right direction. Tayloe is a big politician who has killed good projects in CTG just to favor his pet org. Unfortunately in Intuit leaders with finance and marketing background are given the most importance which makes the culture extremely cautious.
Sasan is a bit more tech savvy as he leaned on and towards tech during CTG leadership. He associated with ppl who drove CTG data orgs which led to this influence.
Good I rejected the offer. Also stop spamming me with mint and turbo tax emails
Will Cece be pushed out when Sasan takes over? I hear they're not fond of each other.
As long as openly racist leaders like Michele Gorostiza are kept on and competent leaders are let go, it’ll keep going in the wrong direction. Time to jump ship.
Don’t know this person. That’s a pretty harsh statement. What have you observed?
I guess you missed the 294 comments on our intuit thread that talks about her
