Is the market too crowded? I graduated from one recently and it was a tough job search. Seems like the guys who got the most responses were the PhD's, even if they didn't do that well in the bootcamp (couldn't code well or lacked a good grasp of stats).
Were you looking at purely DS roles or were you also open to Analyst / BI type roles? If your resume only has a boot camp and no previous experience then you may need to hustle to get that first job.
Open to both types. I had seven years of mechanical engineering experience but it was hardly relevant to DS. I did manage to find a DS role, see my title, but rarely got any response from cold applications (6% response rate).
Which bootcamp did you go to? Some are much better than others.
One of the well reviewed ones, not Insight though since I only have a master's. My bootcamp has had people end up at FAM, though that's a tiny fraction of graduates.
