I can't go into details, but my experience interviewing with them was somewhat negative. The culture seemed bureaucratic and HR-driven, as opposed to engineering/product driven.
Can you elaborate which aspects made you feel so?
Yeah leadership was pretty bad last 2 years. It’s gotten much better this year, our CTO came from Amazon Freight and hired strong directors in. Strong engineers are leading teams and we’re becoming more and more engineering centric. There are politics but unless you’re manager level and up it doesn’t affect you
