Top Paying Companies in Los Angeles area
I’d like to search for the tech companies with high TC in Los Angeles area for both SWE and Data Science positions. The TC range could be from 200k~400k for 3 YoE. Google and Netflix are in my list but I’d like to find more opportunities if possible. Thanks.

Depends on how well u interview at L4 max pay is 150. L5 is anywhere from 180-240 TC

Netflix. They sometimes hire straight from PhD and they pay 300-500K. I've seen 2YOE clear 400K. They are hiring in LA.

How’s the interview?
It depends a lot on how you view TC. But I've been at The Trade Desk about 2 years, straight out of college. I've earned ~$600k in that time (so, ~$300k/yr) between base, option grants, and a killer ESPP. If I consider unvested equity I have earned a total of ~$850k. But of course, that's not all cash flow... I've had to be patient and hold on to my options to realize this -- and also work my ass off. They said it was possible, but I didn't join this company with any expectation of that kind of gain. I was just happy to get paid decently to work on interesting problems and with super smart people I could learn from. But I'm a true believer now. If you want to be seriously challenged and have an opportunity at huge upside over the long term, you should take a look at The Trade Desk. If you are just looking for a place to park and suck on some cash, well there are plenty of options out there...
