TC first year Twilio: 170k base + 50k RSU + 10k sign on Cruise Automation: 170k base + 30k annual bonus + 30k RSU + 10k sign on YOE: 2.5. Level: ic2 (L4/swe II at other companies) both offers. Please let me know your opinions on comp and the companies themselves. I’d appreciate specific feedback.

Recently I got my first round of screening done at Twilio and I was able to execute 22/25 testcases and got a reject that they found senior candidate
Twilio will probably be scooped by up AWS or Azure at some point. Cruise is already part of GM.
Cruise spun off of GM earlier this year and started issuing its own shares
