Uber ATG offer in SF
Is (155k/15k/equity(280k/4)) a good offer for 2yoe and a masters degree in computer vision?! I have a competing offer but don't have numbers yet and Uber is not willing to wait for couple more days. :'/

Looks like a v solid offer for MS 2YoE. Stock is public and could change, Rita comp is above 200k. You’re already above average
Equity could certainly go up. I know people had gotten more than 330K

Depends where the competing offer is from but those numbers look like they could be beaten. There’s a reason they’re trying to pressure you to make a decision fast - politely tell them that you need a little more time

why would you join uber right now? also equity is pretty low
Equity is per year here. What is the ballpark for equity usually?! I think ATG is quite stable from what I have heard.
ATG was affected by the recent lay offs. No one is safe
