VP engineering compensation

Just got to know I will be promoted to VP engineering in series B company from current director role. What should be the salary and stocks to expect?

It is difficult to believe that you've made director and do not have in real life mentors that could tell you this. You're doing very well in life, and congrats on the promotion. Executive compensation is a bit more complex than director level compensation. It's hard to tell what your contract would look like without knowing much about the firm.

Thanks @pzqf14. Company is 100 people. Engineering is 50. Happy to provide more info. Yeah just got to know and thought would ask here (excited!). I am getting 225k in cash right now + options. Loe 11.
