VP of Product at startup -> FANG?
I’m the VP of prod at a small startup. Oversee 8 person engineering team, analytics, design, and operarations - about 17 people total (5 direct reports). Before this was COO at a software consulting company. 14 YOE. Curious where I’d slot in at a FANG in a PM role, and what I might expect TC-wise.

M1/IC6 I’d guess from what I’ve seen. If you have an exceptional interview M2/IC7

From my experience it is more likely to be an ic5 or ic6. If you're strong probably the latter (at least in fb). I dont think ic7 is likely - that's a very senior level
That’s a surprising amount of detail for someone at a small startup. Aren’t you concerned someone from your current company might see this post and figure out who you are?
Maybe that's the goal, try to keep up Think about it. You think at 14 yoe in the tech industry, he doesn't know exactly where in fang he fits in?
I doubt this post would get them any leverage. Counter offers in hand get someone leverage.
