Vacation payout when leaving
I recently gave notice at Amazon, but I have two weeks of vacation left. Should I take it before leaving, or will Amazon definitely pay my for unused vacation after I leave? Has anyone ever been screwed over by not using their vacation before resigning?

If you’re still collecting sign on bonus you should take the vacation days since you’ll still get a full paycheck with bonus. Otherwise I’d expect your lump payout to only contain your base pay.
