Visa Inc break rooms (foster city)

Surprised to see little to no snacks and beverages in break rooms at Visa HQ. All the places I’ve worked so far in bay area have a fully stocked break room with anything up for grabs.
Curious to see what other people think of this.
Am I just being unreasonable or do other people also feel this way.

      195k is a sr staff or lead engineer.. You probably have to wait for ages before they decided to hiring you because they will think 3 times.

      Visa is technically a technology company, visa builds the technology to facilitate the transfer of funds. My team has snacks, just not out in the open in the break room.

    We have snacks, they just aren't free. Not only are they not free, but they try to make a profit. I think it was $4.50 for a cliff bar last time I checked. So I take a paid 20-30 min walk to Safeway to get one for a dollar. It's an expensive snack for Visa...

      Exactly my point, other companies have this by default kept in the common break rooms in each floor and not each team keeping their private stock.
