Walmart eCommerce Sr. Network Engineer
Hello folks. I have 8+ years experience with Masters degree from US in Telecom. I just received an offer from Walmart eCommerce in Sunnyvale, CA for Sr. Network Engineer as follows : Base: $155K Bonus: 20% per year RSU: $50K per year Joining bonus: $10K TC: $238,500 Does this look like a fair offer or am I being low-balled?

If you are x5 then equity should be $60K vested on 25-25-25-25 schedule. Base seems a little low for x5.

Make sure you understand how the RSUs work. Annual and vest schedule.
They vest over 4 years, with 25% each year. Is there is anything else I need to know?
