That's x5. 160k max offer base. 60k/year stock. 20% Target bonus. Stock and bonus can go up or down based on performance.

Depends on team... it’s def good to be on Customer practice and so customer experience teams are usually under a lot of stress , I have seen slog their asses for 14 hours a day
