14lbs in 20days, 500 calorie a day diet and 1 hour treadmill daily, ketosis, try at ur own risk
26 lbs in 1.5 months. Mostly calorie shortage and hour on treadmill.
Switch to all plant diet. Ridiculously effective. If you can't cut meat out completely, eat veggies on weekdays and meat on weekends. It's much more difficult to overeat with just veggies. Lift weights. More effective than cardio. You'll keep burning calories after you leave the gym. Start slowly and light and keep at it. Stronglifts is a very simple routine that works.
Control your diet. Weight loss is more of mental preparation and persistence than physical or exercise
23 lbs...whole food plant based diet. You don’t have to calorie count or restrict (because honestly - who has ever binge ate kale or chickpeas?) - which makes it sustainable.
Just get DNP and it will melt the fuck off you. If you can't get that buy bronkaid and run the ECA stack for a less effective method. Also meth. Meth works good too for fat loss
