What are my chances of clearing google HC ?
Got feedback from the recruiter for Google onsite for SWE . The review is 2 positive with some concerns, 1 positive , 1 negative. Also had one behavioral round which went positive. The recruiter is not very hopeful but still wants to proceed to HC. I have some expiring offers and need to make a decision on them and I am afraid Hc decision will take time even after recruiters best effort. What are your thoughts ?
Wait till the day your other offer expires and just accept it if you haven’t heard back. You’ll be in a 3 month queue even if you pass hc.
Doesn’t seem positive to me. Usually unless there are overwhelmingly positive rounds, it’s hard to offset a negative one
