I have a bachelors in math and a bachelors in accounting. 3 years of accounting experience but looking to make a change. Is there anything I can do that uses my math degree other than teaching???
Should mention 3 years of experience is in public and corporate tax.

Hopefully you can do math.
Learn anything in tech and have something to show for it... That gives the hiring person an idea of grit and how you applied your current knowledge to a field you are just learning, and speaks Volumes about you. Don't give up. Tech is easy compared to math
Wouldn’t you have known this before getting the degree? 🙄 Stereotypes exist for a reason
Not sure what specific field in math you have, but if it's related to stats or discrete math you can apply to machine learning scientist roles as well.
Stats is the only class I’ve ever failed. I can’t do stats to save my life, but I did teach discrete in college.
If you're good with discrete, then you should be great with algorithms. In that case try coding and see how it goes. Discrete math is the core of algorithms and coding.
Machine learning researcher/ data scientist
Those probably need a PhD
I know a guy who got a B.S. in math and went to law school.
Become a quant at Citadel
Data Analyst?
Would I essentially just look for entry level analyst positions?
