What can you tell me about the Amazon's Customer Trust and Partner Support (CT&PS) team?

I know it employees over 15,000 people, so I guess the answer is that it varies by individual team. I'm more curious about whether these employees are more (or less) business versus technical than, for example, AWS. Is this business unit profitable? Is it considered a cost center? What is its reputation within Amazon? Have there been any recent layoffs? Is there a reputation for churn?

This is where they trust alibaba to put up knock offs and look the other way.

OK, but they are trying to do something about that now. The PZ initiative. Amazon's not the only one, but it's a big deal now.
