What companies match or exceed Google offer?
I have passed the Google HC recently and am expecting an offer soon. I'm trying to figure out which companies I should contact to get some competing offers.
Take the google offer. With 1 YOE, TC doesn’t matter too much. Your resume with google on it is worth much more.
Will be losing my promotion progress at Amazon. Manager was targeting Q1 2019. Although, I haven't received the offer yet, if the numbers are lower than Amazon Sde-2, I'm inclined to decline Google.

looking at other past posts on blind apparently box TC is pretty good, looks like around 200k base and 360k stock is what people are saying. I think if you can join Siri team at Apple apparently they are offering a lot of money these days too.

Uber does not do offer matching anymore. It will evaluate skills then bucket to job profile and level within each level, then give an offer constrained to very narrow bands. Pay equity is the rule now. We're trying not to import discriminatory pay from other companies after removing prior pay inequities. Your only shot at a meaningful bump after an offer is to convince the hiring manager and recruiter that the interviewers missed a major skill area. We may ask for expected pay only so we can decide to pass if you are expecting over our own market research analysis for your skill level.
Actually almost every top company might be willing to offer you more if they really want you. But at the level of experience you have comp should not be the criteria. Go for something that will in 2 to 3 years help you really grow and get the big bucks.
I know some will laugh but OCI can beat any offer in Seattle. Problem is you gotta prove your worth. Having G or FB on resume means shit if that’s your only qualification.
Matching Google TC is not hard. The Google offer is actually not that competitive. I do recommend elsewhere if you’re looking to optimize TC.
Standard google offers are low, most top tech companies in the valley can better their offer. They don’t give as much value to private equity offers like a Uber, Airbnb etc
