My question is to all current and former Lyft employees? What is Lyft's policy for annual performance bonuses, merit increase and RSU refreshers? Does it even have one? My recruiter won't tell anything. She said you should be eligible for annual bonus and RSU refresher but she won't say what percentage for bonus and if at all there are any RSU refresher in first year.
Nobody can give you a number it’s very new and in flux.

Lyft just improved the refreshers so now everyone is eligible at their first annual review (so long as they were there for at least 7 months). In the past you had to have more than 2 years tenure to be eligible unless you were promoted. Cash bonuses aren't really a thing, but the comp is generally still good overall. They also just announced a pretty sweet employee stock purchase program that is basically free extra money.

2 days ago everybody wanted to know when they can dump Lyft and now they are asking for refreshers. Lol. Dowjones is God
