I have a verbal offer from Amazon at Boston office. What is a good tc for a L5? Haven't received the written offer yet. Yoe : 5.5

Verbally the recruiter has said 200-210.
TC or base? My friend got initial L5 offer of 200 tc (155 base) but had a counter offer and got them up to 230 tc (185 base)
