What is expected TC for 7 YOE?
I've never worked at a FAANG or Twitter, Oracle, nor PayPal. If you have 7 YOE, please post what TC to expect if you are job searching in 2019 for senior fullstack web applications engineering roles at well funded tech companies in Bay Area. Is there a plateau in base salary for senior engineers?

L5 if you have experience leading projects. L4 otherwise Base 150-180 Sign on bonus 60-100 RSU 400-500 You're looking at TC 250-300.
They don't pay by years of experience, they pay by what you're capable of doing which will be determined by your interview performance. You can have 7 years and lack qualifications that someone with 1 year experience has. FANGs are not basic CRUD shops, they have difficult technical challenges and are looking for strong problem solves with good CS foundation.
