Looking to join Amazon 1. What is the material policy? 2. Does one need to be in company for few months to avail the benefits? 3. How are perf reviews treated post maternity?

Kind of, not exactly, looking at my offer/benefits now. Continue to vest for women during pre/post partum leave. Does not continue to vest for spouses taking 'parental leave'
