What is the payscale of microsoft as compared to other companies specially as compared to amazon ?
I have joined technical account manager in MS for 220k Am I being underpaid ? What is the payscale for this position in bay area ?

Guys its not a sales account manager but technical account manager. ex- 7 yrs Sign on - 40k base - 160k rest of stocks
