What kind of account do RSUs go to?
Obviously not the same one as your 401k I imagine. So where does it go? Do you have to setup something with a brokerage account like Charles Schwab? My only experience with stocks is with using robo-investors so forgive me for my naivity

They open a brokerage account for you. Salesforce used E*TRADE. When stock vests it transfers into your individual account which you can then control and transfer into your bank account

Yeah, the company will open a brokerage account for you and deposit the vested RSUs there. At Oracle they use Fidelity, probably because we also use Fidelity for our 401ks.
