University grad?
Not always. If you have a MS or a really strong resume, you can get a P3 as a fresh grad. Kind of depends on how you negotiate, show competing offers, etc. I wouldn’t focus too much on p2 vs p3. These are internal levels and they actually don’t differ too much in terms of compensation. You get a lil more bonus and a lil more rsu. This advice applies to pretty much all companies

Do you know how much yoe they expect for p3?
Seen minimum 1 but you need to be very good in the interview. 2-3 yoe is common.
