What should be done to people who don’t wash their hands after using the bathroom?
Wash your hands after you do the deed. That’s just basic human decency, right? Or am I the crazy one?
Dont touch them, and move on. It is sad, but whatever.

If you have to wash your hands after you've been fondling your ding dong then you should consider showering more often or work on your aim and drizzle. Your phone screen is probably orders of magnitude more disgusting than a normal dude's outer foreskin :))))
The difference is underwear and ding dong area is not taking enough air. It is bound to happen. You can shower or not, this is true. When it doesnt get enough air, it gets worse. Similar to armpit area.
I suppose I see your point but then maybe don't wear skinny jeans? It probably depends on a person but I seriously feel like for people who maintain normal hygiene the only reason to wash hands is because you've been touching the door handle and a flusher.
You’d still encounter enough microbes to strengthen the immune system even with regular antibacterial hand washing. Pro tip; I always carry a receipt in my wallet in case I enter a “paperless” bathroom with an inward opening door.
Those bathrooms are the worst. Paperless bathroom but have to touch the door to open. Yuck. I usually open it with my shirt.
