What would you do?
I have a job offer for s GOV agency which I just discovered was paying me 17k below what others in the company are getting paid for. Now I scored an interview with google,IBM and an Oil and Gas company I want to reject the GOV position is this a wise decision?

Only after other offer(s) are available to you in print. Else Join this place. And once you get the new offer, quit and switch.
Reject it once you have other offers in hand
I am set to start working on the 1st I already asked for them to push back the start date once
Take it up for now and switch once you have a better offer. Or do you think you will have an offer before the 1st?
