Anyone from UBS knows what’s the minimum % of day rate does UBS require the consultancies ( middle level firms ) to pay the contract based employees ?

I know but I want to know the ball park so I can negotiate ... 10% can cover a lot of expenses :)

It is ... infact a lot of end clients enforce a min share for the contract employee to ensure they aren’t abused ... so don’t just comment for the heck of it

USCIS requires you to be a full time employee with your employer. Your salary will be mentioned in the offer letter and the documents provided to USCIS.
Why would UBS interfere in USCIS's or DOL's business?

Some end clients ask service consultancies to give their employees ( that are contract at end client ) a minimum % of the day rate the end client is paying the consultancy
