On the real, it depends on which division you work on and your role. It’s extremely hierarchal and you move your way up based on who knows you & who likes you. The culture is very toxic. People judge you based on your outfits vs. the work you bring to the table. Very very old school. Aggressive management.
It depends on the division and your manager, like any other company. It’s still a good resume builder and the best content creators out there
