If you contact recruiters on LinkedIn to apply for a position, do you apply to the position before you get a reply or wait for the recruiter to respond before applying?
I’m a recruiter and I would suggest contacting first to save yourself time, as sometimes the posting is still up even in late stage interviews, etc.
Apply then reach out to the recruiter and let them know you applied
