For the most part, we all know Google, Facebook, Netflix (maybe throw in a few others) pay their engineers the most in the industry, but what about recent college grads? Any other Big Tech companies matching G and F for new grads compensation? ** If you just started as a college grad hire, post your TC!

Are you trolling?
No, Microsoft's "better" (there is or at least traditionally was a weaker standard one) new grad offer for returning interns and people they really want is actually pretty competitive. Something like 110-115k base and 120-150k in RSUs. They pay industry hires shit, but for some reason really care to put up a fight when it comes to university hiring.
