SDE3 seems like another 3 years out for him, I know many will claim higher TC but we are looking for new hire offers and not offers that were given out 2 years ago with padded TC due to stock appreciation. Preference is Google, but heard from friends it’s difficult to negotiate there without competing offers. Looking for a public company as well so RSU can be sold and not looking at Netflix should he get an offer there beyond using their offer to negotiate higher elsewhere. Location: Bay Area

Fb and LinkedIn. For fb E4 it’s like 160 base, 300 RSUs /4 years, 100 signing bonus which averages to 260 TC.
